1. Service Agreement

• Fast and Furry-Us provides mobile dog fitness and wellness services at your location.

• All sessions are tailored to your dog’s age, breed, and energy level, but results may vary depending on your pet’s health and behavior.

• Pet parents are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioral concerns prior to sessions.

2. Safety & Liability

• Your dog’s safety is our top priority. All workouts are designed to be safe, structured, and supervised.

• Fast and Furry-Us is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur due to undisclosed health issues or behavioral risks.

• Owners must ensure their dogs are up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or before the start of each session.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

• Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with proper notice.

4. Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must ensure that dogs are on a leash and under control when meeting our staff, unless previously agreed upon.

• A safe space for our mobile gym to park near your location must be provided.

• Owners must be available at the start of the session for the initial handoff and instructions, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Use of Media

• Fast and Furry-Us may take photos or videos of your dog during sessions for training records, social media, and promotional use.

• Owners who prefer not to have their dog featured must notify us in writing.

6. Website & Booking Use

• By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content, logos, or materials without prior written consent.

• Booking services through our website confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

• Fast and Furry-Us reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
